Automated Bottle Rolling Machine

RT-MB-003 is an automated bottle rolling machine used for determining the affinity between mineral aggregates and bituminous binder after influence of mechanical stirring action in the presence of water.

RT-MB-003 provides an opportunity to use an independent operation of two groups of rollers. This allow to carry out two different tests at the same time (2 devices in one).

The machine is equipped with a microcontroller that takes into account the bottle diameter to apply the correct rotation speed (up to 100 rpm) regardless of rolling resistance. The device is controlled by 3.5’’ color touchscreen with the possibility of test time programming.

RT-MB-003 has rubberized pimple-like rollers which prevent bottles from sliding during the test.

It can be additionally equipped with soundproof cover. Test bottles should be ordered separately.

• allows to use one group of test bottles (up to 9 pieces) at one preselected rotation speed or time two groups of test bottles (to 3 pieces) at various preselected speeds;
• test bottles rotating speed is adjustable up 1 rpm to 100 rpm;
• taking into account the diameter of the test bottles when setting the rotation speed;
• control by means of the color touch display (3,5 ")
